Looking after yourself πŸ’˜

Over 2 years ago I experienced a long episode of severe depression and anxiety. This point in my life was a really difficult and dark time. It took me many months to finally come out the other side. With the help of my supportive fiancΓ©, family and friends I am here today, alive and breathing. However from time to time I still experience a week or two where I don’t feel that great, I know these are just blips in the road to recovery. When this happens I like to take a little time off to relax and give my mind some time to get better. I find going for lots of walks and experiencing nature a great relief and also just little things like listening to some good music or doodling. 

What helps you guys when you feel down?
